Important Facts about the "Forest City Connection"
- We have been publishing this community magazine since October of 1982
- All artwork is professionally produced and all typesetting is included in the cost of your advertising
- There is no added cost for the screening of photographs
- There is no added cost to the advertising rates as shown above except for GST
- With the 4, 6 and 12 month contracts, the advertiser may change both the copy & ad size, each & every month
- Spot Colour is 20% Extra Per Colour (Yellow, Blue or Red)
- Over 25,200 copies will be published each month
- Over 24,600 copies will be delivered to residences West of Wonderland Road, from Hwy. #22 on the North to Hwy. #401 on the South, Plus drops in Kilworth, Komoka, Delaware and Mt. Brydges.
- Over 500 copies will be distributed for pick-up to numerous high traffic areas
Please note the following when considering 4 Colour Process Advertising:
- Photography is an additional cost. We can help you with this if you wish. Remember: The better the quality of the photograph - the better the finished printed advertisement.
- If you are sending camera-ready ads, please provide them as follows:
1. .eps file format (postscript interpreted)
2. CMYK colour mode
3. 300 dpi resolution
4. fonts to outline (mac) or curves (pc) - When fonts are not converted to outlines or curves, we cannot guarantee a font match.
- Other accepted formats are: .pdf (Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format). .ai (Adobe Illustrator - vector format) with the same specs stated above. .jpg and .tif files are also accepted with the same specs.
- For files being sent to us requiring changes, an .eps is best. We will do our best to match all fonts used in your ads. Always include a low resolution .pdf file for visual reference to ensure accuracy of your ad.
- Files (10 MB) can be sent by email. Larger files can be compressed with WinZip or Stuff-It and emailed if size allows. If files are too large and cannot be compressed, they can be uploaded to an ftp site. Instructions will be emailed if needed.
